                                            We had a great waiter who made our dinner fun with his sense of humor and attentiveness. Guacamole made fresh and tableside was amazing! Love the salsa and all the dishes we had were unique and flavorful. Very pretty decor for the holidays too.

                                            I have not been in a few years and took my family of 5 to The National Harbor Rosa Mexicano. We had 5:15p reservations and we were seated at 5:30p. This use to be one of my favorite restaurants and I have eaten here many times over the years. My family and I were so disappointed this time and not sure what has happened since the last time I went. Maybe new owners and/or a new menu?? Food was overpriced, small portions, no taste and cold. Patrons beware, the guacamole is a charge, it is not complimentary, for a small order which is 1 1/2 avocados, Yes, I did ask the server how many avocados were used, cost is $18. If you order large order of guacamole, which I almost did order, it is 2 1/2 avocados, and the price is $34!! Can you even imagine paying $34 for 2 1/2 avocados! Just ridiculous. The drinks are pricey too, so I opted for a glass of plain lemonade. The pomegranate margarita will set you back $19!! Our server was just okay. Save your money and find a better Mexican restaurant to eat at.

                                            The service was terrible. We received our dinner before our drinks. It was quite disappointing. I think because we were a party of 6 and tip was included the server was MIA.

                                            Food came out cold. There was an awful buzzing noise above us the whole time. The manager was in the corner the whole Time doing nothing. Way too dark. Lighting off everywhere
