   Everything is the top, it’s very entertaining and much more working on improvement of course! It’s same things in Mexico City and Quintana Roo (Cancun&Tulum).

   I was Pleasantly surprised the menus trending in a mix direction with fresh Latin American Cuisine, My favorite large variety fish and Meat plates which are positively unmatched for flavor. The chef and staff very Pleasant. I will return.

   Excellent food the risotto is one of the best ones I’ve tried. Just the service was a bit slow but really cool place

   We felt rushed. Had to order appetizers and dinner at the same time. Dinner came out cold. Taste was stale. They need to improve this especially within the area they are at and due to the competition in the area.

   It was okay, had short rib pasta and tuna tostada. Good wine and excellent sommelier. Restaurant on the expensive side, good location.

    Juan Pablo needs a serious reality check. A manager is not an owner—he’s just a representative of the restaurant, and he’s doing a terrible job at it. His attitude is beyond unprofessional, and he clearly thinks he’s more important than he is. I went to Rosa Negra Miami for my birthday, excited to celebrate at what I thought was a high-end restaurant. Instead, the general manager, Juan Pablo, ruined the experience with his rude and condescending behavior. My friends had brought a cake for my birthday. They called TWICE several days before to make sure it was okay and were assured it. Totally misled them twice about a cake-cutting fee. When they brought it up with Juan Pablo, my friend politely said, “It’s not about the money, it’s the principle and lack of customer service.” His response? “Obviously, it’s about the money.” Sarcastic and dismissive—exactly how a manager shouldn’t act. To make things worse, when I arrived, he refused to seat us because one of my friends had unknowingly used the wrong word in Spanish. I explained that this had nothing to do with me or my confirmed reservation, but he didn’t care. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he doubled down on his attitude and made it clear that he thinks he’s untouchable. When I asked for a supervisor, he smugly told me he was the highest authority there. Hard to believe someone so unprofessional would be in charge of anything. We eventually got seated, but only because I refused to let my 11 guests walk away from my birthday dinner over his power trip. The food was good, but the service? Ruined by Juan Pablo’s arrogance. A manager should know how to de-escalate issues, not create more problems because of their ego. If Rosa Negra wants to be taken seriously as a high-end restaurant, they need to address this. With managers like him, they’ll drive customers away faster than they bring them in. Save yourself the frustration and take your money somewhere that actually values hospitality.
