Our dining experience at Rosa Negra was 5 * exceptional! Luis, the manager, was very welcoming and solicitous, the Sommelier was knowledgeable and charming and the waitstaff were personable and observant. The food menu and drink menu were interesting and varied. Our dinners were well presented and delicious. Next time we will dine later in order to enjoy the live band…

Had the best Christmas Eve dinner at Rosa Negra! Where do I begin..the vibe, food, cocktails (tequila forward)and wait staff were 5 star. Shout out to our server King, what a gem.

Since the restaurant is recently opened, service was slow at the bar…but I’m sure that will change with practice. Good service from our server Arnaldo - he was knowledgeable about the menu and made delicious recommendations. Shout out to Diego - he was a great ambassador to RosaNegra brand. Had a great time!

Great experience. Service was great. Juan Camilo made our experience very worthwhile. Food was amazing. We had the Wagyu New York Steak and it was fantastic.
