The Rose Park Bistro is located in Roseville popular The Fountain neighborhood. Our menu features comforting and flavorful turn-of-the-century inspired American tavern fare that is elevated with a modern approach. We offer a delicious variety of approachable items including fresh seafood, prime steaks & chops, and vegetarian friendly items that are all made from scratch on a daily basis. The Private Room holds up to 60 People. Extensive selection of classic cocktails with an award winning whisk(e)y program.     This place is incredible! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening out. Every detail, from the service to the quality of the dishes, was top-notch. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

    Our original reservation was at 6pm and we weren’t sat until 6:45pm. Some circumstances are out of their control, and I was thoroughly impressed that the restaurant owner would then come by our table, apologize for the wait and generously provided us complimentary champagne. His servers then went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of the remainder of the night. The food was delicious and we hope to be back again, and not have to wait so long.

    We absolutely loved our meal here at Rose Park Bistro. The butternut squash gnocchi appetizer was to die for. The braised short-rib ragu was phenomenal along with the filet mignon. We finished our meal off with sticky toffee pudding, which will leave you in utter bliss. We will definitely be coming back here soon!

    I have had dinner two times now and both times it was an exceptional experience. The service was excellent and the food was exceptional.

    This restaurant is a hidden gem in Roseville. I have been to the Fountains many times but never noticed it. We made reservations for our daughter's birthday and will be repeat customers. Our food choices included calamari, Caesar salad, filet mignon, teriyaki steak, and hamburgers. Everything was delicious, but the filet was way underseasoned. We appreciated the complimentary birthday dessert with a fireworks candle--a delightful surprise!

    OMG. I was hoping to have your potato soup today but your soup special today was jalapeño and avocado so I tried it and it was delicious and I love the Burrata caprese!!!

    Are you planning a weekend dining experience that promises excellence and delight? Whether you’re out with a friend, a loved one, or celebrating something special, Rose Park Bistro should be at the top of your list. This modern, chic, and hip establishment not only offers an incredible atmosphere but also delivers impeccable food and service. 🌟 A significant part of their success is due to their owners’ “hands-on” approach. During my recent visit, proprietor Bulent Ozel was expertly overseeing operations, ensuring everything ran smoothly and to perfection. Let’s talk about the food! We began with the Fried Calamari with fried green beans, onion, lemon and aioli sauce and their Butter Nut Squash Gnocchi, which were delightfully flavorful. Their hand-crafted cocktails are a must-try; I was especially charmed by the Rose Park Old Fashion, though the Bubble Bliss also offers a joyful and tasty twist. 🍹 Our dining experience continued with the Living Butter Lettuce Salad, beautifully prepared with fresh ingredients. For our main course, we indulged in the 18 oz Rib-eye, paired with a triple cream Brie crust and a tart cherry port reduction. Cooked to perfection, the meat was a melt-in-the-mouth delight. The accompanying mashed potatoes and green beans were equally divine. This gastronomic masterpiece was crafted by Chef Brian Woods, whose impressive credentials speak volumes about his culinary brilliance. 🥩 And of course, no meal is complete without dessert. We savored their Brown Butter Sticky Toffee Pudding, accompanied by luscious vanilla gelato—a truly indulgent finale! 🍮 My friend, Lisa Sunahara says, “RPB is the crème de la crème of restaurants in Roseville and beyond. Having dined in some of the finest places in Boston, New York, LA, and SF, I can honestly say RPB topped them all. From speciality drinks to specialty rib-eye, the delectable libations and food never ended. Thank you to my pal Jason Perrone for introducing me to here.”
