Comfortable casual and drenched in Southern charm, the Rose Villa combines its polished easygoing atmosphere with Southern cuisine, classic craft cocktails and an ample selection of Wines. Enjoy Chef Sylvia Kerry Herrera's signature Southern Fried Chicken or her award winning Shrimp and Grits. Each guest that walks through our doors is sure to have a story to tell. Built in in late 1800's Rose Villa was established as a boutique hotel and bed and breakfast in 1901.
The Gazebo is open for cocktails, lunch and dinner during the temperate months. With a relaxing fountain and abundant florals, the Gazebo and back porch seating is a great place to enjoy the Rose Villa. Dogs Welcome!
Upstairs is the Southern Speakeasy, "Whiskey at the Rose" and is making quite a stir among Bourbon aficionados with an array of high end Bourbons. Chef Sylvia has also gotten in on the action offering small plate appetizers and food tastings designed around whiskey and Bourbon during special events.

Waiter was excellent. He was training someone who he never introduced to us but other than that he was on top of everything and even found out an ingredient one of our diners was interested in and had the cook stop by our table. Loved the live music from a distance too

The meal was absolutely amazing! We were celebrating an anniversary and the server did an awesome job at making sure we had a special dining experience. The fried chicken & waffles, old fashioned cocktail, moscato wine and complimentary chocolate lava cake with vanilla ice cream was delicious! We will definitely be back in the near future!

The restaurant itself is beautiful and charming. The menu gives you the feel of old South and the flavors just melt in your mouth. Our only issue with Service our service was extremely slow and many times we had to go find our server for tea refills, or the check. It took one hour and 40 minutes for two people to have Sunday brunch.

This was our 2nd visit to this restaurant, to help us celebrate our wedding anniversary, food was excellent, however the service was not what we expected, ambiance was just perfect for the occasion.

Super fantastic experience. Thank you so much!! Service and food out of this world. I sent a message to the restaurant only an hour before our booking that it was a 91 yo birthday and they called to ask if stairs would be an issue. We would have coped but they went out of their way to be proactive and ask and set us up in a downstairs table. We are all together post meal remarking what a fantastic experience delivered this evening. We are very grateful and will definitely return. Thank you!!! Deviled eggs. Cobbler and fried chicken all they are cracked up to be. Fab!!
