Comfortable casual and drenched in Southern charm, the Rose Villa combines its polished easygoing atmosphere with Southern cuisine, classic craft cocktails and an ample selection of Wines. Enjoy Chef Sylvia Kerry Herrera's signature Southern Fried Chicken or her award winning Shrimp and Grits. Each guest that walks through our doors is sure to have a story to tell. Built in in late 1800's Rose Villa was established as a boutique hotel and bed and breakfast in 1901.
The Gazebo is open for cocktails, lunch and dinner during the temperate months. With a relaxing fountain and abundant florals, the Gazebo and back porch seating is a great place to enjoy the Rose Villa. Dogs Welcome!
Upstairs is the Southern Speakeasy, "Whiskey at the Rose" and is making quite a stir among Bourbon aficionados with an array of high end Bourbons. Chef Sylvia has also gotten in on the action offering small plate appetizers and food tastings designed around whiskey and Bourbon during special events.

Rose Villa is a beautiful restaurant with character of a time long ago. The wait staff, including the bartenders are extremely pleasant. The food is delicious and the selection is great. The homemade biscuits with honey butter is a perfect way to start the meal. We always stop at Rose Villa when we are staying in Florida. In fact, we have already been there 3 times in the past few weeks.

The food and service was outstanding. Everything was delicious! They are known for their fried chicken and there’s definitely a reason for that. Will definitely be back.

Our first visit to Rose Villa, food was very good. but found the menu slightly limiting - presumably night before Valentines day, it was explained they limited the menu with some things (that we'd researched online and were hoping for) being unavailable (e.g. Pot Pie, Beet salad, others..) We had a nice appy (3 scallops) albeit slightly expensive at $22. The Deviled Eggs also tasty. My wife and I felt a little filled by the two appys so we split the Fried Chicken dinner with a few extra slides. All tasted fantastic. We were disappointed that at the mains (approx. 7pm), that ALL of the deserts were gone except a layered raspberry so we passed. That seems like poor planning. So.. food and service was good, but a few things to knock a star off. Limited menu, no desert choice, and a bill that arrived with a NCA charge, with NO cash price option mentioned - so I assume its credit card or nothing as I wasn't going to ask the waitress if there was a cash option with no charge (seemed tacky). We'll stop back, but Rose will purely be a LUNCH place for us.

The atmosphere was incredible. Service waa superb. The food was outstanding. Lamb chops melted in my mouth, salmon tasted good, and the scallop appetizer special was wonderful. We lived 3 hrs south but will definitely come back here.
