Had the cowboy ribeye. The steak had a good char but was not particularly tender. The special broccolini was undercooked. Service was excellent and the restaurant has a good vibe.

We have our Thanksgiving at Rosebud every year We fly to Chicago, as we used to live there. I can't tell you how wonderful the service is each time. They are so attentive, and make sure we get each get a wonderful meal. I have nver been to a more professional, and yet caring restaurant.I hope they stay open forever.

I was on a first date and let the maître de know upon my arrival. My date was waiting at the bar and the maître de knew that and walked me toward him which was very sweet as I was nervous. They gave a choice of tables so we picked a quiet out of the way option so we could talk. We were not rushed to order which was great. We enjoyed a leisurely evening getting to know each other while ordering small burger sliders, truffle tater tots, red wine, beet salad and meatballs. The food was excellent. The service was top notch. This restaurant is right in my neighborhood so it will likely be my new "go-to". I highly recommend!! If I could give them six stars I would. : ) Thank you, Rosebud.

I have heard about Rosebud Steakhouse and I wanted to try it. The staff was very nice and our waiter was exceptional. I ordered a ribeye and my wife ordered medallions. Both were grilled to perfection. The price was on par with other restaurants. Maybe a little cheaper than some with the same quality. I would definitely go back.
