Enjoyed our dinner at Rustica. Service was good, a little noisy but not too bad. Pizza, Salad, Lasagna and Pasta Norma were all good and the garlic bread gets an extra star!

Salad & bread to start was delightful . Good choice of wine, beer and cocktails! All four of us had pasta dishes and they were excellent. We split a desert 4-ways and it was just enough. Great service and value!! We will be back! (actually my wife and I were there last week and we came back with friends)

Unlike our first time at Rustica (fab), last night was an unmitigated disaster. We received our appetizers in a timely manner, and they were tasty (gluten free bread was excellent!). But, after waiting for our entrees for 1.25 hours, we asked for the check because we weren’t waiting any longer. The management was nice, comped us our appetizers and gave us a $20 voucher for a return trip. I appreciate the minimal effort on their part, but I just don’t know if I want to try eating there again. It is beyond the pale to make people wait that long and then tell them that they will have to continue waiting because the food is still not ready. Really disappointing because, like I said at the start, our first experience was excellent. 1/10 for last night

Hi Rebecca, You are absolutely correct, we did not do the most during your visit to make up for the mistakes that were made. We have addressed this with the manager on duty as well as spoken with your server on how we can avoid an incident like this happening again. Your first (fab) visit is what we want every guest to have at Rustica. This last visit we were not our best, and we are working to address and correct that for future guests. Rustica is a solid, neighborhood-type of place (albeit in auto dealership row) that can't be faulted for trying to reach beyond the norm. Service was attentive, if a little too earnest, with food appearing almost as fast as the drinks. Our table was still wet from the clearing wipe when we were seated (a rooky, icky mistake). Lighting is way too bright in the evening, belying any attempts at intimacy and sophistication. Food is solid but unremarkable, and shifting our orders to a different category may help improve the outcome. Support local restauranteurs but keep in mind that you'll get a fair chunk of corporate look, feel, and taste: in my opinion, they need to dial in the details a few more notches.

Lovely front reception; excellent and gracious waiter. Very good American-Italian food. Not authentic Italian; but certainly better than any others in Santa Fe. TiraMisu disapointing--too much whipped cream, not enough lady fingers and chocolate

We had a reservation @ 6:30. The hostess acknowledged we were there but walked off and didn’t return for 15 min. Then started helping someone else before seating us. It took another 15 min. Before a server approached the table. We left before ordering. The ambiance is terrible - nothing like the photos shown on open table. Olive Garden would have been better which isn’t a complement!

We had a great time! Dinner for 2 with apps, bottle of wine, and dessert was about $100. Good value for Santa Fe!

This restaurant usually doesn't disappoint, but last night's fish special was disappointing. Everything else was spot on: drinks, appetizer, other meals, service. We let our server know the fish was a real disappointment and management's response was quick and gracious. We love this place!
