Service was excellent as always. I had the Taco Salad. I was disappointed that the sour cream was mixed throughout the lettuce rather than a scoop on top. It was too much. The lettuce lost any crunch. I knew I couldn't eat all of it and with the lettuce a wet mix, it didn't travel well along with not adding to the taste. We also had the potato soup. It was just ok. Definitely not worth $8 a bowl.

Our food was cold and we had to send one item back. Our party was served with a long time between folks recceiving their orders. Soft drinks were not filled until we asked another server to do so. Taco salad was cold and doused in sour cream - yuck! Broccoli was absolutely cold. Nothing was really as hot as it should havve been, and obviously had been sitting for some time before it was served. I go there almost every Friday for Happy Hour with a large group of friends and have not had that experience. Usually the food is hot, served in a timely manner, and drinks are refilled as needed. We were on the patio and that was fine- heaters provided adequate warmth. Had this been my only experience with RB, I would not return. We were there before our reservation at 5:30 and it was close to 7:00 before were could leave. (waited about 10 minutes for our check after everything was cleared from the table)

Our waitress Jackie is always great (we had her in the past.) She is excellent and always has a big smile & fast service. The food was hot and fast. Appetizer (fried pickles) so good. I had a croc of French onion soup (delicious.) My wife and I both got stroganoff which was so meaty and comforting. It’s a family favorite and I love the Bucket Punch.
