The food was good, appetizer was overcooked but main course was wonderful. Our waiter was not ideal, seemed to care about his other tables but left ours unattended longer than we should have been. A different waiter serving a table beside us was way more attentive to his tables. I also noticed what appeared to be a manager (shorter lady with blonde hair) going around to tables and asking how they were doing but noticeably skipped our table. Not impressed for the level of dining. This was our 2nd time there and the first experience was more pleasant. Server could have received the normal 40% tip we usually give but received 20% instead. His loss.

Salmon was a little fishy, mushrooms were weird- but service was excellent & they have delicious soup, bread, & drinks. Loved the atmosphere too.

Came for christmas dinner. Soup was forgotten, and served moments before meal was served. Was told would be removed from bill, but had to remind server about it when bill was given. Seafood pasta was great, as long as flavor, taste, and texture was not expected. Service was lacking was there almost 2 hours and was offered water (which by the way was our primary drink) refills 3 times. This was our 3rd year in a row but will most likely make different arrangements next christmas.

Greeted with a smile. Service & atmosphere top notch. Incredible view. We go every year on Christmas Day & they never disappoint.

Enjoyed another dinner at Ruthie’s. Excellent service and food. Beautiful setting. Have to appreciate a restaurant that creates an environment allowing for communication; ceiling, carpet, upholstered chairs, tablecloths. The only place in town where the decibels are acceptable. Elegant and enjoyable.

The food was phenomenal as usual. Our waitress seemed off as she forgot steak knives, drinks, etc, and the wait time was longer than usual but it didn't take away from a great experience.
