Love Ruthie always however… 1) food was good as always. 2) my husbands meal was wrong and he didn’t eat with us bc they had to recook but the mgr was nice and gave him a free drink at least, fine. 3) ambience awesome 4) soooo disappointed….when I booked the reservation I said it was my parents 70th bday. When I checked in I again said, it’s their bday can you bring a dessert to celebrate and the front desk lady said yep we will tell your waiter. Waiter at the end asks if we want dessert, we tell him it’s their bday(so the front desk lady already ruined it and didn’t tell the waiter). We get our our check and still no bday dessert or anything and finally had to ask the waiter after we paid if we get something brought out?!? So anyway….for an upscale restaurant we thought the little details mattered and I was super disappointed about it(even if little deal I wanted them to be surprised with dessert!)

Do not let the fact that this restaurant is in a casino stop you from dining at Ruthie's. It's a beautiful restaurant and the staff is gracious and professional. Restaurant was fully booked but due to the acoustics you felt almost like you were in a private dining room. I had the prime rib and it is the BEST I've ever had and was better than I've had at many high-end restaurants throughout the U.S. Conor (with one 'n' ;) was our waiter and he was wonderful. We enjoyed his 'company' and excellent service. Go to this restaurant!, and if you are lucky you will get Conor as your waiter!

As always an excellent experience. We had the January feature, filet and lobster. Perfectly cooked. Great service and drinks. We dine here often and are never disappointed.

From check in to check out, we had a great experience. Our service was great and the ambiance was perfect for a quiet birthday celebration. I felt bad because the couple checking in before us had accidentally clicked the wrong location while making their reservation and were not able to be seated as the restaurant was filled. Just reminded me to make sure I double check before submitting.

I don't know what you guys do differently, or where you get your steaks. But Lord have mercy its hands down the most flavorful and best tasting steak I've ever had in my entire life. Beats ANY other high end restaurant in the area, and the prices are much more reasonable in comparison too. If I could have that 14oz delmonico with a parmesan crust for breakfast lunch and dinner 7 days a week, I would. 100/10.

Our Server Conor was very efficient, friendly, also helpful. I would recommend Ruthie's to anyone who wants a very quality meal.

The staff was slow at first, then it got better. I ordered a steak: medium & seared. Can out with 0% sear. They came back and said they were remaking it and it will be another 15 minutes. After a long long wait, the steak was cooked to order. Bread and butter tray was not good at all! Do not order the calamari!!!!! The worst ever!!!!!!
