Ottimo servizio purtroppo non avevano una seconda bottiglia di vino che avevamo scelto e questo è molto grave per un ristorante di livello, dovevano avvisarci prima. Il cibo è molto buono , ci torneremo

We are regular guests, we come to Ruth Chris quite often. They never disappoint me. The customer service is great per usual, I really appreciate when the staff check-in on how we are doing; very tentative.

The food is not as good as it used to be. Mashed potatoes were just ok. Not seasoned. Took cheese cake home. Berry sauce was tangy & spoiled. Ruined a dismal $450 evening out.

As a loyal Ruth’s Chris customer for over 15 years, I had high expectations for my New Year’s Eve dinner wat the Aventura location. Unfortunately, the food fell far short of the premium standard I’ve come to associate with this brand. The steak, which I ordered medium-rare, arrived undercooked and had to be sent back to the kitchen—a rare inconvenience at Ruth’s Chris. Even more disappointing was the lobster, which was mushy and seemed to have been over-boiled, lacking the firm, flavorful texture one expects when paying premium prices. While the food was underwhelming, the service was exemplary. The staff was attentive, and offering a free drink to make up for the issues was a nice gesture. However, a complimentary cocktail doesn’t compensate for a lackluster meal, especially at this price point. I understand that New Year’s Eve can be a hectic night, but that doesn’t excuse subpar food at a restaurant of this caliber. For the premium price tag, I expect flawless execution, and this experience was far from it. I hope this was an isolated incident and that the Aventura location can return to the high standards Ruth’s Chris is known for. I don’t think I will return to this location may have to seek other accommodations when it come to future premium dining experience for special occasions despite the convenience of this location to my home.

My reservation was made for 9pm, we got seated around 9:30pm. 30min waiting period, not even sure why I made a reservation in the first place. Servers were nice.
