    It was fine. Not the upscale dining experience I am accustomed to at other Ruth's Chris locations, but ok. Server was very nice....but overall it was merely average. Certainly not a great value tonight. My date mentioned smelling marijuana....didn't expect that.

    I can’t blame the server, she did what she could but the food took quite a while to come out. When it did, our sides came out before our steaks. The table beside us ordered after us and received their steaks before us and never got their salads or appetizers. When I mentioned it to our server she stated that it was odd and she would send the manager over. He talked to the table beside us but never us. The men’s bathroom had wallpaper coming off of the wall and someone had taken a desktop stapler and tried to staple it back up. We were constantly told the staff was overwhelmed from valentines the night before. We have frequented other high end restaurants in the Columbus area and were disappointed in the overall experience of Ruth’s Chris. It showed that they were a chain restaurant tonight in their service, food, and overall appeal.

    Arrived early and sat at the bar thinking it would be faster and it wasn't. My steak was clearly over cooked and my girlfriends steak was a little undercooked. Mash were very watery and seemed more like instant. They took off the asparagus because it was so burnt we couldn't eat it.

    I expected more. It could probably also be that I went on Valentine’s Day. We were sat on a two table seat for 4 people and it was very uncomfortable. Food took forever to arrive. The server was very nice tho

    Our server Gauthier was incredible! He was so kind, attentive, flexible, personable, funny, and just overall fantastic. Unfortunately they were running behind getting reservations seated up to almost 30 minutes, but he really made up for it with how great he was.

    Food is excellent but salad was late (they removed from bill). Portions are enormous!

    We enjoy Ruth Chris’ food, service, and ambiance. This pre-Valentine dinner was no exception. The service was excellent; however, being close to the galley door to the kitchen causes increased noise. The other thing that caused us to pause was the waft of pot coming from the galley door and it's not the kettle type either. If I knew going in that I had to smell that during dinner, plans would have changed. Don’t care what decisions you make personally, but when the smell of a great dinner is interrupted by the smell of pot, it makes one question employees decisions.
