Great service and food. The overlook of the river creates a great atmosphere for dining.

It took a little too long to provide our table for our reservation. The service for the entirety of the meal had several long lapses, I finally mentioned it to our server. Salt content was a little high in the steaks, and the veal osso buco had waaaaay too much garlic in it. And libation prices are just off the charts.

Something’s had changed since we last dined there, it’s been years. The Cesar salad lettuce was very small and full of ribs, The lobster Mac had very little lobster, my scallop potatoes were cubed potatoes, and the amount of they were hard, the sweet potato casserole was way less. Now the steak and chicken was superb, we love Ruth Chris, we may have to adjust our order next time.

Service and food was exceptional! Wait with a reservation was definitely longer than expected. About 1.5hrs but everything else made up for it

Another great family gathering. The food was outstanding as always but the service was phenomenal. 5 stars isn’t enough, especially for our server Patrick. He exceeded all expectations.

Always a Christmas Tradition with our family to dine at Ruths Chris Christmas night. The ambience was lovely and service excellent. The food was delicious ( i thought garlic mashed a little on salty side.. but son’s au gratin potatoes-excellent) Filets were all cooked to perfection. Salads and desserts were delicious. You have to know Christmas Day reservations are always tricky- always plan on sitting down to table about 30 min after reservation time.. Families all stay and linger .. so just grab a beverage at the bar and be content to wait a but for a fabulous meal … Overall a great experience!

For an upscale dining restaurant you can find better service and hospitality elsewhere. Reservations don’t seem to work very well as we were seated 45 minutes after finding out our table was given away
