    Service and food was exceptional! Wait with a reservation was definitely longer than expected. About 1.5hrs but everything else made up for it

    Another great family gathering. The food was outstanding as always but the service was phenomenal. 5 stars isn’t enough, especially for our server Patrick. He exceeded all expectations.

    Always a Christmas Tradition with our family to dine at Ruths Chris Christmas night. The ambience was lovely and service excellent. The food was delicious ( i thought garlic mashed a little on salty side.. but son’s au gratin potatoes-excellent) Filets were all cooked to perfection. Salads and desserts were delicious. You have to know Christmas Day reservations are always tricky- always plan on sitting down to table about 30 min after reservation time.. Families all stay and linger .. so just grab a beverage at the bar and be content to wait a but for a fabulous meal … Overall a great experience!

    For an upscale dining restaurant you can find better service and hospitality elsewhere. Reservations don’t seem to work very well as we were seated 45 minutes after finding out our table was given away

    After we were served our salads we never saw our server again. No one let us know or took over our table. After waiting over a half hour I asked someone to get our server for us. A manager came and said she had to leave for an emergency at home. We finally were served our meals but one steak was not prepared as ordered and had to be sent back to the kitchen. I have Celiac Disease so I ordered my salad with no croutons. It was delivered with croutons so it had to be replaced. The food was good in the end but it took two hours. No one offered anything for our inconvenience. Very unprofessional for such an expensive restaurant.

    Christmas Day Dinner. Thanks to all the staff for working as there were not many restaurants open. We each had a pre-fixe dinner. The beef filet was perfect and tender. The lobster was amazing. Nice featured cocktails. Very busy but we were patient and the food alone was worth it.

    Be sure to ask to sit in the main dining room.e made a reservation a week earlier and were sat in a side room without any windows.

    Hey Charles, I'm sorry that our dining room put a damper on your day. Fortunately, we have the privilege of serving over 700 people on Christmas Day! Unfortunately, that means that you may not get that beloved table. We get requests for specific seating over a year out, and while we try to accommodate requests for a specific table, it's not always possible with the volume. Our top priority is serving a delicious meal and stellar service and we hope that was the case for you! Come see us on another day and ask for me directly - I'll get you the table you'd like!     The service was slow likely due to inadequate staffing. Our appetizers were cold, and two of our four steaks were not cooked to order. One steak order was a filet ordered well-done and was served medium and second steak was a Cowboy ribeye ordered medium and served rare. It took 45+ minutes from order to receive our food. This was our first time visiting this location so I’m not sure if the slow service and incorrect orders was due to Christmas staffing or business as usual.
