It was our first time dining at this restaurant and it was an incredible experience. As soon as we walked in, we were promptly greeted and checked in. Our table was ready in less than 5 mins. The hostess was very friendly and informative, our server quickly greeted us and started us with water and bread w/butter. The food was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. Our glasses were never empty and the table was maintained clean by the wait staff. The price was definitely worth the food and experience. We will most definitely be going back.

We go to Ruth’s Chris at least 3 times a year to celebrate important occasions. The last three years had been really disappointing. I try to get my husband to go to a different restaurant to celebrate but for some reason, he liked how his food tastes/cooked at Ruth’s Chris. Me, on the other hand has always been a bust! I always get my steak medium. I got the cowboy steaks this time and I swear, that cow was still alive! There was blood all over my plate! It was unappetizing at all!!!! $79 for a steak not cooked to my liking was very disappointing! Also, we ordered 2 sides of fries for our kids, $14 each?!?!? It was more expensive than the lobster mac n cheese…which by the way was tooooooo runny!! Now, let’s get to the dress code! Ever since we started going there we were told that attire is business casual. No jeans, no hats, etc. My whole family dressed up nice. I FORCED my kids to dress up explaining to them, they cannot wear jeans and running shoes. As we wait for our table to be ready, people coming in in jeans. My kids looked at me like “YOU LIED!” 🤦🏽‍♀️ No complaints about our server, he was ok. But we do need to start rethinking about going back to this place.

We had Maranda as our server and she was FANTASTIC! Attentive, personable, and knowledgeable, she was so good. The hostess was so friendly and made sure our experience was up to par. The food is always great but on this night particular, it was exceptional. Steak and lobster — love it so much. My husband and I always celebrate our anniversaries at Ruth Chris because that’s where our first date was and we always have a good experience and feel taken care of 🤍

My NY steak was cooked to perfection and my girlfriend s steak medallion with huge shrimp was perfect. She drank a blueberry mojito and I the margarita also very good.
