Hailey was a great. Prompt and cheerful. And of course, the food never disappoints. First time at this location and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to find parking and directions to the restaurant. We will be back!

The service was great to begin with, then my boyfriend found a hair in his lobster and staff totally stepped it up! They were super apologetic about the incident and my guy got a brand new plate, we both got free sides and his meal was on the house. They tried their best to rectify a hairy situation. I will definitely be back here

CeCe our Waitress was awesome and welcomed us and gave us Outstanding Service. This was not my first experience with Ruth Chris out of the Long Beach area, and this is by far one of the better Ruth Chris experiences.

Great dinner. Great wine. Great friends. Steaks were cooked perfectly and you can not go wrong with their chicken. Simply amazing.

Overall really good. Our food was cooked perfectly. service was great as well. The only thing that I really didn’t like was that they sat us in the bar are towards the back. It didn’t hinder the service or food. But just felt off that we weren’t part of the main dining room.

We were more than pleasantly surprised at how wonderful our anniversary dinner was at Ruth’s Chris in downtown Long Beach. Of course, we expect a delicious steak, et al, and they did not disappoint. What I did not expect was how welcoming and friendly the entire staff was. From the greeting, recognizing our occasion, to the festive table set with a personalized anniversary card. Our server, Haley, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. She even suggested we consider splitting our salad after taking our otherwise ample app and meal order. Her other suggestions were spot on. She was awesome. I would also like to give a thumbs-up on the modern, tasteful decor, completely different from the typical steakhouse where semi-circular booths and dim lighting are the norm. The noise level was comfortable making for easy communication with my wife and staff. All in all, we were very impressed with our experience at this Ruth’s Chris. We will definitely be returning… and request Haley if at all possible.
