Superb service, excellent food (stuffed chicken and creamed spinach was delicious), and the ambience was memorable.

We were seated immediately and our server Will came over soon after. We already knew what we wanted and ordered our entrees. 10 minutes passed and another waiter gave us water and bread. Will came to our table 4 times to let us know that our entrees would be out shortly. Almost a FULL HOUR LATER, our food finally came out. The ribeye’s were cold and mine was about 30% fat. We were so hungry and had already waited so long for the food that complaining wasn’t even necessary. We eat at Ruth’s Chris 4-5 times a month across many different states and this was by far the most disappointing meal and service we’ve ever received

Fantastic wine tasting 3 course dinner. Professional service, excellent food and of course outstanding wine (Prisoner). It was a great date night!

Our waitress was amazing friendly and very professional but my husbands steak came out wrong two times (well done and then raw inside)

As always we had an exceptional time at Ruth’s Chris restaurant. Our server helped make it a 5 star experience by her attentiveness and knowledge. Beginning with our wine, which was delish to Our food was spot on and perfectly cooked, to our sin cake to end the evening. It was a perfect night!

We have been to this location a few times and have always experienced attentive service, until last night. In our section, we saw 2 other servers always around, helping their tables, but not ours. Having been a server, I think he was given a table that wasn't in his section and we became an afterthought. Also, wondering what's the deal with the cheesecake. The table next to us ordered cheesecake. They received a small, appropriate sized portion with berries. We received a huge round disk that looked nothing like what the other diners received with minimal berries.

The waitress was amazing and helped us celebrate our elopement. Gave us champagne and was just very attentive to our tables wants and needs. Overall brought the experience to another level thank you so much
