    The staff was incredibly professional and accommodating. I was disappointed that my filet was overcooked and the mashed potatoes were cold. I dine at RC around the country so I know the kitchen missed the bar last night. I hope this will be helpful to the restaurant.

    Our waiter Isaiah was incredible. He paid close attention to all of our needs and treated us with respect. It was my mother’s birthday and we were so pleased. Thanks for everything Isaiah and the Ruth Chris staff😎

    On New Year's Eve, we made a later reservation, but it was unexpectedly moved up by half an hour due to differing hours of operation. Despite the initial hiccup, we were warmly welcomed by a slightly flustered yet friendly host. Our waiter was attentive and efficient, promptly taking our drink orders and then our food selections. I specifically asked for my steak to be cooked to a medium temperature, but it arrived more well-done than I prefer. My dining companion thoroughly enjoyed his crabcakes, describing them as delicious. However, when it came time for dessert, I was disappointed to receive the wrong order. After my previous visit, I had expressed doubts about returning. Nevertheless, being New Year's Eve, I decided to give the restaurant another chance. Unfortunately, I am uncertain whether the Philadelphia location is one that I would choose to revisit in the future.
