    Our servers were not attentive during our dining experience. We had to ask for water several times and our table felt abandoned. It didn’t feel like a fine dining experience. The food was fine although it did take around 25 minutes or so for our food to come out. Our server got into an argument with the patrons sitting next to us, but overall I personally won’t go back to this Ruth’s Chris, but I will visit other Ruth’s Chris chains in other locations.

    I have no complaints. Milan (like the city) was great and the food was amazing. Worth every penny.

    We went in search of Resteraunt Week fun, but they were on the open list but not participating.We stayed anyway had a great time

    The food was great, but the service was lacking. My wife and I were seated promptly for our reservation, but after about 15-20 minutes, I had to flag down a manager to get service and place a drink order. When the main meal was delivered, one side was not correct. About 5 minutes after receiving our steaks, I had to remind the server that we had ordered wine with our meal. In the end, the manager apologized for the mix ups and comped the cocktails and dessert. They also provided contact information for the managing and service managers so that we could provide additional feedback.

    Our servers Vari and Amy were fantastic. They were very attentive and made excellent suggestions. Our bartender was Tabitha and her drinks were spot on. Martins were fantastic. Just the right amount of dryness. Will definitely be back!!!
