Our second time there and the first time was so much better overall. Food was very disappointing with taste and quality. Service was great but they couldn’t have explained the menu better.

This was our 3rd time dining here. The first 2 times were amazing and we raved to friends and family about their food. This last time has us questioning whether we will return again as it may not be worth the monetary risk. When you charge those prices, the food should be perfect every single time. For us, the steaks were not melt in your mouth amazing as they had been in the past and our cooks were M and MR. Our sides were unseasoned and super bland. Usually the mashed potatoes are swimming in butter and their au gratin tasted like potato water. The creme brulee was not bruleed at all. Literally, visible sugar granules on top and no crunchy bruleed top. While management rectified the situation monetarily (they inquired during the dining experience how everything was), that's not what we came for. We dine here for the amazing food and ambiance. The service has always been wonderful, but this time, our food was not. I hope they do better in the future, meanwhile, we may just stick to other steak restaurants that have better quality food and lower prices.

My filet mignon was cooked to perfection but was over salted. My asparagus was very good. I have ate in several Ruth Chris restaurants and this was the first time in several years that the garlic mashed potatoes were sub par and did not have the traditional Ruth Chris garlic taste and were dry. I dined at Ruth Chris about 2 months ago and everything was superb. The service was slow which I blame on the Chef, not my waiter.

Everything was excellent. The food was cooked perfectly, and service was great. The manager stopped by to check on us, which I really appreciate. Bravo!

This was our first visit to Ruth’s Chris and we most certainly will return! Depending on your budget, this may not be an every night outing, but it’s definitely worth every penny! My husband had the Ribeye and I had the crusted Sea Bass. I have never tasted anything so delicious EVER!

Went here for my 17th birthday, service is amazing and is a beautiful place. Steak was delicious, sides are a huge serving so i recommend deciding on a table shared side. My party of 3 could’ve easily shared one of any side. appetizer lobster voodoo was extremely different than your usual lobster, large serving. Best strawberry lemonade ever let me tell you! My chocolate cake came with a lit candle and was wished a happy birthday many times throughout the restaurant. Crème brûlée was the best me and my mom have ever had! overall, great place for a special occasion but probably just for an occasion.
