Located on the sixth floor of The Mayson Hotel is Ryleigh’s Rooftop Restaurant, with outdoor terrace. Take in the panoramic vista of the Dublin Mountains, the River Liffey, the city centre and even as far as Dun Laoghaire on a clear day! Comfy leather clad booths line the windows. An open kitchen and grill adds a sense of theatre to the room. Floor to ceiling windows make the most of the views and the only walls in the room are clad in beautiful veined marble. Ryleigh’s serves breakfast, lunch, Brunch (Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays) and dinner. Ideal spot to grab a bite with family and friends. The dinner menu features tasty options such as Sizzling Prawns and Beef Tartare to start. A selection of Irish steaks for main (Striploin, Delmonico, Centre Cut Fillet, Tomahawk Ribeye for two, and John Stone's T-Bone for two) cooked over our charcoal grill, Pan-Seared Monkfish and delicious desserts such as Raspberry & white chocolate cheesecake and Sticky Toffee Pudding.

Ottimo ristorante in zona nuova di Dublino, vista su fiume e atmosfera super chic! Cibo buonissimo, filetto tenerissimo, patatine fritte SUPER. Consigliato!

The service was excellent and the food was beautifully cooked! The meal was very expensive for what you get as sides are an extra.

Its our first time here and we really love it! Especially the food! We had tomahawk--- and it was 💯! Thank u for the very welcoming and generous staff! They even gave us a free dessert for our anniversary celebration. Would definitely come back! 🥰🥂

Maybe a bit pricey but well worth the money. Steak was absolutely beautiful, both me and my partner were so surprised by how much we enjoyed it. The charcoal grill is definitely a win. Service was also amazing, waiters were so helpful and quick to attend to whatever you needed. Overall, a great experience and would definitely come back again.

Unfortunately we had much higher expectations based on the score of this restaurant. Table was not ready and we had to wait. Food was overall average with my steak was burned heavily on one side with bitter crust and my wife Gnocchi were overcooked and so tasteless that we had to ask to be removed from the bill. Disappointing experience.

We came here for a birthday/engagement celebration and i can't think of a better place to do so. The food, service, drinks, view and staff were all absolutely excellent, and made our special day even more so. There was nothing at all we would suggest to improve the experience we had and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ryleigh's restaurant to anyone.
