The bistro is located behind the old market, and the terrace is overlooking the old town of Ibiza.
Chef Francisco Guzmán offers a short menu that adapts to the market and the season. He handles the most avant-garde techniques with the traditional ones, you can find the classics of the French tradition, with influences from South America, joining with the Mediterranean aromas that the island offers.
The restaurant focus on the elaborated wine-list the offer beautiful wines from different regions of Spain, European and Local.
Inside you’ll need to discover the indoor Bar and Open-Kitchen built-in a typical Ibiza natural cave.
The Sa Cova Team as worked worldwide, a well as in Michelin stars restaurants from Paris to New-York.
You can expect in Sa Cova to enjoy a tasteful bistronomic feeling, from the table service to the plate.
Only open for the dinner service Sa Cova welcome you every-night of the season. (From April to October).

Super restaurant, le personnel est agréable. Un peu d’attente sur le plat mais rien qui vient gâcher l’expérience. La nourriture est excellente

This place was AMAZING! Great food, beautiful location with a view of the castle. The staff was lovely. I would 100% go here again and again!

Amazing food and even better host/proprietors. Would absolutely recommend especially if you want to dine away from the normal tourist crowd.

Absolutely fantastic place in a quiet quarter of the old town. Highly recommend. The aged steak is amazing, as was the combo of tartare with marrow (rich, consider sharing alongside a salad). Lovely staff and great with kids.
