   This place was so amazing!! Went to celebrate a birthday and wasn’t disappointed. The food was fresh and delicious! We had a hard time with the hookah but the workers kept helping us with no issues at all. So friendly and professional and everyone seemed to be enjoying their job. The ambience was definitely the vibe. Would always come by here when I’m in town!

   Very disappointed with the fact that we had a table only to be told that we were gonna be asked to move to another table at 11pm which never happened. My reservation was at 9pm. Maybe this should be mentioned that tables are only reserved for 2hrs only. Food was good but cold.

   Terrible service. Our mains arrived with the appetizer plates still not cleared after 15 minutes. Lots of hookah smoking indoors. They said they installed extra ventilation, but I could still smell the smoke odor. Waitresses are scantily dressed with buxom women with tons of cleavage as servers or cocktail waitresses. Think Hooters meets a harem and you have the vibe. I found the environment of objectified women not a nice environment to take our friends. The baba ganoush had the consistency of a thick soup. Other dishes were tasty. Portion sizes for the mains were skimpy. We were surrounded by people smoking, not the environment we were looking for. Decor was nicely done.

    This was by far the most unorganized and chaotic restaurant I’ve ever been to. We were seated immediately when we arrived for our reservation and did not receive any water or acknowledgment for about 30 minutes, even with other servers, taking care of tables around us. We constantly flagged down servers to take our order which they eventually did and continued to flag down 4 individuals employees for the hookah menu. It took about an hour for food to come out and that was after we flagged down a random server to just close out our tab for our drinks. When the food did come out, it was cold we sent it back. They warmed up the same food and brought it right back out.  The main issue is there were servers taking care of other tables around us and had no self-awareness that we were not satisfied or needed attention even with us yelling for them. We requested the manager and he never came a server from another area came over to take care of us although it was too late. We did appreciate her, but by then there was nothing she could do. I would not return. The food was very dry and cold and it’s not worth spending your money.

   I would like to speak to a manager about the bad service we had and the time it took to get our food and the overall value of the food. Absolutely terrible.

   Took over an hour for food to arrive - which left much to be desired. Very loud so go if you want a party vibe and not necessarily to talk to friends. Manager and server were great, food was on the house due to the wait.

    Our first time visiting Saaya and we were actually very impressed. Food can be hit or miss at some places located in this area but the food definitely matched the aesthetics. As we were sat, the only thing the hostess said to us is that we had to be out of the table promptly in 2 hours. The place was not full but it came off as a little rude given the fact m; she did not say anything else. Our waitress was ok. We did have to get her attention to pay our bill to make sure we were closed out by the allotted time. I did appreciate that the music wasn’t so loud to the point you couldn’t hold a conversation. Our dinner reservation was at 6pm so not sure what it’s like later in the evening. As far as the food, we had the hummus, Lebanese Caesar, Rock Shrimp, Cauliflower, Shrimp Kabob, and Saaya Rice Bowl. Everything was sooo good! Definitely would go back but would probably enjoy our experience better at the bar!
