The wait staff was friendly, but the service was extremely slow. Long waits even to get drinks and between courses. The food was average, nothing special,but the presentation was good . My friends complimented the mojitos made with fresh juices.The setting is very attractive. Afterwards we went upstairs to listen to a band. Lots of family groups with a bar and tables for bar food. Very nice up there.

Fuimos por los arancini de ropa vieja y no los tenían 😢...pero nos trajeron doraditos de mahi mahi y bolitas de manchego con sus salsas y muy buenas. El ambiente nos encanto...la mesera muy atenta.

The food and atmosphere was good. The staff was friendly BUT the food took a ridiculously long time to come out. We waiting about 1.5 hours from when we sat down to get our food.

Came here on a Friday night with a 7PM reservation and sat by the water in a beautiful atmosphere. Our waitress Lee was amazing and took care of us all night and even brought us OFF for mosquitoes. We had the tuna tacos and the manchego balls to start and both were delicious. The tuna was fresh and well marinated in a delicious sauce and laid on top of these delicious homemade malanga tacos. So creative and so delicious. The manchego balls also delicious came over a guava sauce. For mains we had churrasco that was cooked to a perfect medium rare with bifongo. The churrasco came with this delicious homemade chimichurri. We also got the smash burger with the bacon marmalade -- delicious! We finished up with the mallorca bread pudding. Perfect end to a perfect meal. Friends, don't sleep on this place. It was the best food we ate by far in the fajardo and rio mar areas. The food is exquisite, there's ambience, great service, and a full bar with a rooftop as well.

It was such a nice view of the boats and city at night. The food was delicious and our server was so kind. Excellent place to eat lunch or dinner! The upstairs has pool tables, bar, and live music later in the evening.

This place is a gem in Fajardo! From the moment we arrived, the staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome right away. You can tell they really care about making your experience special. The food was out of this world—so fresh and full of flavor. The tropical ceviche was amazing, and the fresh catch of the day was cooked perfectly. Everything felt thoughtfully made, and the portions were just right. The rooftop is the highlight for sure. The views of the marina and islands are breathtaking, especially at sunset. The vibe is super chill with island music, great drinks, and even fun games like shuffleboard and darts to keep you entertained. Whether you’re looking for a great meal or just a cool spot to hang out, this place has it all. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a fantastic experience at sabalo bar rooftop The service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the ambiance was perfect for a date night. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!
