   We said by the window, we had an amazing time. The food is delicious. Service was outstanding. People are very friendly at this location one of my favorites and Tahoe for sure.

   Fabulous as always. Jeremy was a great server. Our seat had a lovely view of the lake and sunset. Food was excellent!!

   The food was fine but extremely pricey. The view was nice but I don’t think a waygu steak was worth $109. It wasn’t that busy but it took forever for our food to arrive.

   Lobster, gnocci mac, Caesar salad, any steak.... all incredible! Bread is outstanding as well as their soups!

    A little disappointed in our recent dining experience at the Sage Room. We had reservations and were seated promptly upon our arrival. The service was a bit lack luster and the menu disappointing. Our waiter was not engaging and seemed bored with his position. Sorry to see that Steak Diane and Beef Wellington are no longer offered. These were always our favorite items on the menu. The prime rib was generous and the scallops good. We ordered the crab oscar as an add on for the prime rib. It was sparse considering the size of the steak. The view from the Sage Room of Lake Tahoe is breathtaking. I guess you pay for the view and not for hospitable service and quality fare. We have been dining at the Sage Room for over 40 years and wondering if it is time to find another place to call "our favorite." There is always Hell's Kitchen downstairs and a couple of other fine dining establishments in the South Lake Tahoe area.
