The ambience of this historic building is worth the price of the dinner, but the dinner was sublime. Fois gras and bouillabaisse. Living large. Cassie was a wonderful server.

The service, the beautiful rooms and the food were excellent. Our waiter did a great job helping us decide what to order. We ordered appetizers dinner dessert and drinks. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible meal at SAGE and our waiter (Cassie) did a great job of educating us on the menu items we had questions about including the extensive list of specialty drinks. She has quite the knowledge of Tequila. It was a special night for us as I chose to propose to my girlfriend during dinner. Cassie did not know about this but as soon as she saw me get up and get on one knee, she prepared a couple glasses of champagne for us and brought them over and congratulated us. Overall it was a wonderful night start to finish. The food was so yummy.

Food was overall excellent! My husband loved his waygu steak cooked perfectly. French fries not so much. Menu lovely and good presented beautifully. Cocktails very nice

One of the best restaurants I have been to in a while. This has a michelin star quality to it. Great service, amazing ambiance and excellent food
