                                                            Absolutely terrible from start to finish. Unbelievably awful service, particularly from the woman who seated us. Our water was never refilled. Food was dreadful, tasted like packaged grocery store pastries. Nothing appeared to be restaurant made. The tea was ok, but nothing we could not have gotten from a coffee shop for $6-8 at most. At $55 per person, we were appalled by the price for what we received in terms of food and service. Do not recommend!

                                                            I cam here for afternoon tea with the daughters. They treated us well. The tea was good and my girls had a good time. Thank you for your hospitality.

                                                            Booked a brunch reservation at the last minute sight unseen and we were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the space. Our waitress was kind, drinks were excellent. My only downsides, which is on the smaller scale, is that the French fries that were served with my meal were hard as rocks. Additionally, when booking through open table, the staff could not seem to find the reservation although it was booked. Other than those small hiccups, I cannot wait to come back in the near future.

                                                            Service is outstanding, polite, felt like a princess. Only thing is small portions, and 1 salmon dinner was undercooked and 2 salmon dinners overcooked. And the white chocolate mouse was too sweet like vanilla frosting. Bread and butter is homemade in restaurant.

                                                            The restaurant was empty for most of our meal on a Friday evening. The room was very cold. My steak was ordered as rare to med rare but it came medium to well done and dry. It was precut into slices on my plate and cold by the time I ate it. The other entree was grilled tuna and was good. Their wines were limited and we had to choose a few from their menu before they had one on hand. Dessert was boring and small. Fruit tarts were actually very hard cookies with pie-type fruit filling. Our other dessert included chocolate puff pastry which was hard as a rock and shot across the room when we cut into it. Meal was very overpriced for what was delivered. Service was good.
