   Okay, so the location is perfect. The wine list is full of joyful dilemmas. The meal was impeccable. But the X factor is the team executing all of the above. Gigi (soz if I got that wrong) and Noelene were outstanding. Perfect blend of high touch and banter. All too often you’re lucky to get one, so rare to get both. Lots of the team at Sails have been there for years. But that doesn’t spell complacency or boredom. Instead, you get spoiled. We were a tad unlucky to be seated within earshot of some horrific “Kardashian” type dialogue. But that’s hardly the restaurant’s fault. Don’t visit Noooooosa without dining at Sails……unless you say “like I know right” 163 times per hour.

   Usually a great place to eat but the food was very disappointing today. Main meals weren’t hot when they served and weren’t anywhere near the quality you would expect for the price.

   The sashimi & Kingfish entrees were delicious and the Coral trout and Morton bay bug were outstanding!

   Another beautiful long lunch at Sails, great service, wonderful wine list in the most perfect backdrop that is the Noosa foreshore. Food was great, the octopus, sand crab lasagne were stand outs along with the tooth fish entree. Barramundi main and the prawn pasta were really good too. We return every time we are in the area and it never disappoints. Ready between the lines of any negative reviews, this is a well versed contender in Noosa.

    We’ve been coming to Sails for over 10 years—and it’s still our absolute favourite. Every special occasion, every milestone, it’s the first place we think of. The experience is always unforgettable. The food, the atmosphere, the staff, the service—it’s just magic. Today reminded us why we keep coming back. Sails truly never misses.
