Seated at a small table where every waiter and customer had to squeeze past us. I had made reservations over a week ahead of time and that’s what I got.

We arrived at St. Ann's with reservations for four, though ultimately it was just the three of us. We were seated at a table that felt a bit cozy for a party of four, but it wasn't a major issue. We ultimately were relocated to an open table of our choice which was perfect. Our server, Zach, seemed a bit surprised to see us, which makes sense considering it was towards the end of their brunch service. No worries, it happens! Zach was incredibly apologetic even before we had a chance to mention it. Ms. Linda, the manager, quickly stepped in, apologized for the oversight, and offered us a carafe of mimosas to make up for it. Now that's what I call top-notch service! We enjoyed some delicious appetizers – the spinach dip was a crowd-pleaser, and the calamari was perfectly crispy. I also ordered the chicken tortilla soup, which was absolutely fantastic. My lobster avocado toast, however, was a bit saltier than the Dead Sea. But hey, I was already quite full, so no harm, no foul. It was taken off the final bill. The restaurant itself is absolutely lovely, and Zach was a fantastic server once he got his bearings. We even had a celebrity sighting! Robert "The Chief" Parish, the NBA legend, was enjoying a pre-game meal. Definitely hard to miss someone who is over 7ft tall but we discreetly admired him from afar, of course. Overall, St. Ann's gets a thumbs up. We'll definitely be back to try their dinner menu, hopefully on their lovely patio when the weather warms up.

The service was good our waitress was very friendly, we were a little disheartened with the food though, we got the meatball appetizer and it was very dry and I got the steak frites and my steak was very cold you could tell it had been sitting out for awhile. I would maybe stick to only drinks at the bar here

We came with our adult children before an event at AAC. We have always loved to ambiance and vibe of Saint Anne’s and were excited to introduce the kids to it. The food was delicious and the service was excellent, as usual.

I’ve been coming here for over a decade, including other NYEs and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Our server never came by which I didn’t think he cared considering the gratuity was already built into the bill. Our first course (caesar salad) didn’t come out until almost an hour and a half after we sat down.. we noticed tables that were seated after us we’re getting food faster.. a separate server was also assisting us which was confusing. Right after we finally got our salads they came to let us know that they no longer had the main course that we ordered and that we had to change it. Considering we were closer to the end of the night I understand that they miscounted supply and it was fine being flexible on that, but since the restaurant was half full at this point, it’s pretty ridiculous on how slow our service was as well as how long it took to get our food out. It ended up being a 2 1/2 hour experience and not in a good way. Considering our bill was very expensive. It’s just disappointing on the service and experience we had I typically love this place but this experience definitely will stop me from doing any future holiday celebrations there that include prefixed meals.
