The food was pretty terrible. Especially the Bao and the pacific coconut dish. We love Thai food and we're excited to try this place, very disappointed.

Sakhuu Thai is an upscale establishment with modern flair and harmonizing aesthetic elements that boast an inviting, charming, welcoming ambiance and core of energy in the heart of the Shops at Legacy in Plano. Cannot believe I have been missing out on this gem. It seems to be the perfect backdrop for an enjoyable solo afternoon lunch or evening dinner or with Family. The intricate detail and intimate dining space speaks for itself. Upon entering, you are instantly transported to a different realm of consciousness. There is a vibe here and you can certainly feel it when you walk through the door. The playlist song choice is solid as well and sets the mood for your meal. The Menu is in the Format of a Passport. Such a cute idea! The dining experience was truly life-changing. We were immediately greeted with a smile, seated, and served by Christi. We mentioned we were first-time visitors and noted that we had an 11AM OpenTable Reservation. She was attentive and receptive to our needs without being intrusive. She also checked on us during our meal. Most noteworthy dishes were the Chicken Bao Bao(warm, fluffy, sweet and savory baked dough with equally flavorful and exotic meat simmered in coconut milk on the inside), Spice Level 2 Red Curry Chicken with an impressive depth of flavor and meat to curry ratio, and the tastiest Spice Level 2 Chicken Pad Thai with delightfully subtle tamarind undertones that I have ever had. Mom and I ordered the lunch special which included one spring roll and a choice of Salad or Tom Yum Soup(which contains mushrooms and I unfortunately can’t have since I am allergic). We will have to return for dessert another time since we were full from the appetizer and entrée. The Tom Yum Cocktails were beautifully presented, well-executed, and packed an earthy zing and delightfully invigorating punch to the palate with a spicy kick of ginger thanks to Tan, the manager.

They must have changed management. We didn’t recognize anyone from the original people. We got someone very new and timid, I was not happy about how to tell someone to do their job. We sat under a new speaker that wasn’t there before or they turned up the music, very annoying. Food was ok but the one dish they suggested which was Phuket island was not good, bad consistency . Won’t be going back for a while. Had to pour our own wine that we got a bottle of and the drink pour was very small. Get it together if you’re charging premium price.

The food here is amazing and it has a great ambiance. The menus look like little passports. This is an awesome spot for a first date or just a fun night out.

We visited for Mother’s Day, for social occasions this place is below it’s standards. Average service, seating arrangements are not good, drinks we ordered were poor quality, starters were ok, food was good, may be good for take out place. I doubt if I want to eat here again.

We love this place for the food and the ambiance. It’s so pretty inside! We have tried several things on the menu, and everything is always delicious - from apps to entrees to drinks to dessert!

Food was below average. Service was poor! Two servers were there, they were talking to each other and didnt bother to take drinks order for like 15-20mins

I have been here a few times with my husband. We brought our daughters here this visit. One of the best authentic Thai food we’ve eaten and great service! We always come back and recommended it to our friends!! We were not happy with this visit because they charged us 18% tip on our bill without telling us. We were dismayed, so we didn’t give them more than 18% tip which what we would have given them.
