Welcome to the NEW "Sal Rosa Island Kitchen and Bar"! Get ready to savor all the flavors of our Caribbean and Central American inspired cuisine. Created by Head Chef Jennifer Salhoff, a "Hell's Kitchen with Gordon Ramsey" finalist. Our NEW Handcrafted Island Cocktails Menu are sure to excite and delight!

Sal Rosa is located on the second floor of the Le Meridien Hotel in Downtown Tampa, the city's historic 100 year old former courthouse. Our historic meets modern atmosphere is unparalleled to any other in the area with marbled walls, modern décor and historic pieces throughout the space. Ask your bartender or server about the buildings history!
Monday-Friday: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Saturday and Sunday: Brunch 7am-2pm.

                                One of the best restaurants in Tampa. Our last visit was not as great as past experiences but I understand that it was busier than normal. I will still be going back

                                Food, once served, was very good. I enjoyed the Lamb shank, my wife had the boullebaise. John, our server, didn't seem real excited about being a server. His appearance and demeanor needs to be addressed. Food is a bit pricey but very good. Gelato also good as were the cappucinos.

                                Excellent food and service. Really nice ambience. All our food was great and the sever and host went above and beyond. Definitely will come back.

                                Our waiter Larry was very kind and struck up a nice conversation with my son about hockey. We loved the shrimp and pork belly apps. Did the 3 course menu (app, entree and gelato for $50) and were quite pleased! The hazelnut and peanut butter cookies and cream gelato were so good!

                                I had my 48th birthday dinner here on 01/04/2025 and felt so welcomed. The food was great and the staff were phenomenal.
