    Our first visit to Salt & Brick to celebrate our anniversary and the food, service and ambiance exceeded our expectations. We are a gluten-free household, and the majority of the menu was gluten-free!! It was great to have so many food options to choose from. I had the braised bison, and it is the best bison I've ever tasted. The portion sizes were reasonable and a nice quantity and quality of vegetables as well. The service was also top-notch. We will definitely be repeat customers.

    Kadie (with a d) was a fantastic server. I don’t think our water glasses were ever empty and she was very knowledgeable with the menu and gave some great recommendations. The restaurant as a whole was great, and Kadie’s attitude and personality ensured we had a great date night. S&B is definitely on our list for future dates and events!

    Salt & Brick was awesome. The food was great, chef inspired.. or inspired chef. We had 6 oysters. I can't totally remember how they were prepared but they had creme and caviar and other amazing things. Then we had the braised bison, duck and the root salad. a perfect combo. Where they found mini turnips is a mystery to me. They were amazing. The highlight however may have been our server Kadee. She is so passionate about the food. She made the entire experience so fun. We will be back, and maybe "to get our watches fixed next time" . Thanks again.

    Great flavours. Some dishes were not what we were expecting. Did not have any apéritif options after our meal :(

    - Great food - Awful Service - Some staff members are exceptional, and some are bad. I believe we got a lousy server today. - I was waiting for my server to check on us to order more drinks for us, but I raised my hand and got help (Second time, I talked to a different server to get my 3rd drink)

    Our server was fantastic. Was so refreshing to have great, friendly service! he even went out of his way to accommodate an allergy, making us feel welcome.

    This place has a very cool, fun vibe. Our server, Lexie, suggested we order dishes to share and provided great recommendations. The Brussels sprouts were amazing! After dinner, we explored Charlie’s Watch Repair for a nightcap- a cool little speakeasy hidden in the back where you can explore interesting flavours. overall, a fantastic evening!

    Great experience at the High Top, get to watch the chefs work their magic making delicious food. The Brussel sprouts are a must have.
