Two seatings. One unforgettable night. Experience the playful artistry of Chef Jun Young Park of Ryuko, and Chef Alejandro Buzzalino in a dining collaboration that promises surprises at every turn. With only 8 seats per seating in Charlie's Watch Repair, this intimate evening will bring creativity to the center stage, blending mystery, flavours, and fun in ways you might not see coming. Expect the unexpected. Seatings are at 5:00 pm and 7:30 pm. $150 per person. Add $80 per person for pairings.

Chef Alejandro Buzzalino and his team always create a unique menu, and Valentine's is no different. But we're opting for a less traditional weekend; no prix fixe menu, no rules. Just our signature fresh sheet, reimagined with a 1/2 kilogram of caviar, and lots of bubbles. Bring your partner, bring your friends...whether you're two or ten, we've got your lovefest covered.
