   Worst 1 year Anniversary lunch, ever. I am not just the old boring, complaining customer. I really try to see the positive in things. However, I do cook great food so when I go to a restaurant with 4.5 star reviews and $30-40 per head, you at least expect good food. This was just poor. From arriving we waited 5 min to be seated even though we had a reservation. The starter I had was porkbelly, which was average. My wife had the fried calamari, it was so bland, salt never killed anyone, taste the food you make. The mains was just atrocious. I had the Croquet Madam which was just bread, hardly any bechamel, the bacon was soggy and oh my god, the chips was dry and unsalted. Seemed like they reheated 2 day old chips. My wife had the scallops linguine. The sauce was so watery, it did stay on the pasta. One spoon of flour to the onions when frying would have completely changed it. The sauce would have been great. The hostess walked around and didn't check in with us, once. The waitress also could not give much attention to us. Asked us once if everything was fine. No drink refills were offered, nothing. All and all just the worst experience you could ask for on your anniversary. You won't see us again.

   This was our second time dining at Salt and Stone. The food was delicious. We sat outdoors by the Lily pond. It was lovely!

   The food was delicious and the service was superb-our waiter was awesome and quite chatty and informative about the menu and dining. It was quite a happening place!

   My wife and I both had a steak dinners. The steaks were not very good and my wife’s was cooked more rare than medium. We both thought The service was not good either.

   Salt and Stone is a wonderful, wine country dining experience. The food is always consistent and good as is the service. It is our go to dining option for ourselves as well as our visitors.

   We were very excited to try this place for the first time, when we arrived the host staff was not friendly at all! very rude and disrespectful. the bar tender was friendly and offered recommendations also our waiter was great! Even though food was good don't think we will go back there.
