    I love this place, always great food and service. You can’t beat sitting outside by the pond on a warm sunny Fall afternoon.

    We have had the opportunity to have brunch at Salt & Stone several times. Food is always consistent and amazing!! It is by far my favorite meal when visiting Sonoma 💕

    We had reservations and four of us dined for lunch. We were seated promptly and service was great. My niece and I had a chicken Cesar salad, which was very tasty. The lettuce was cut in small pieces, which I like, and dressing was delicious. She also ordered the soup du jour and said it was very good. My mom ordered a hamburger, which she enjoyed. My sister ordered the Shanghai Chicken salad and she said it was wonderful. We were served bread and butter to start and the bread was soft and the crust was so tasty. It was a bit crisp and salty. We have all dined here several times and it’s always very good.

    We had an excellent lunch at Salt and Stone. Food was great and so was the service. We will definitely be back.

    Last time I was here was when it was the Kenwood Restaurant - so I was looking forward to experiencing it as Salt and Stone. The atmosphere was very nice, as was the staff and our server was very attentive. We ordered appetizers - the Brussel Sprouts, the BBQ Chicken Flatbread, the Ahi Poke and the Hummus with fried bread. The Ahi was good as were the Brussel Sprouts. The Flatbread and Hummus were OK but not worth $18 or $14 respectively.

    Fabulous local restaurant! Perhaps could space the tables out a little more… It does begin to take on that “cafeteria”, impersonal feeling with an elevated noise level and so many patrons, but certainly understand with the high-quality that is offered! Our hostess seemed a little rattled, but our server, Melissa, made up for any other minor details.

    I have a slew of food sensitivities which makes dining out of town a huge challenge. The staff here was so attentive and accommodating even though they were extremely busy! I totally see why it’s a local’s favorite!

    They paid attention to every detail including remembering it was our 17th year anniversary and to bring us a special dessert without having to remind them. Amazing👍🎉🥳 One of our top 5 best restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area. Highly recommend it😉😋❤️
