A locally owned scratch kitchen and bar specializing in wild and sustainable seafood, sushi, steaks, hand crafted cocktails along with an extensive wine list, Salt at Geist prides itself on creating unique dining experiences. Our waitress was amazing the food was delicious. Everything came out quick and well cooked. I had steak my wife had the sea bass. The portions were large and everything was well seasoned. Steak was cooked exactly as I asked. My wife had a cocktail that was very tasty. Will absolutely be back.

Great experience, not too busy at 8pm on a Friday night - great service and food. Definitely will come back.

The is location is amazing! I love the scallops, I get them almost every time. Appetizers, Drinks, and Desserts are all amazing as well.

We have dined here multiple times and enjoyed the food but this time missed the mark. I had the Chilean sea bass and it was so salty I could only eat a third of it. Not to mention it was so tough I couldn’t even cut with a knife. At $50 I was hoping for something really appetizing, but ended up tossing once I got home.

Overall experience was great. Crude and bread apps delicious, great wedge salad and lobster bisque. Banana Foster desert was amazing. Two issues keeping me from giving 5 stars. One was that the from the dock special was more than $20 more than any of the other fish dishes. Price wasn’t mentioned and was slightly shocked by it being $62.00. The other was that half the mussels in the fire pasta dish were closed. Service was excellent.

Went out with my boyfriend here for a date on Friday evening. Service was outstanding, I forget our server’s name but she knew the menu well, answered questions, provided drink recommendations, and was polite and attentive. The restaurant was clean and well designed. Our sushi was delicious. If I had to think of anything I thought could improve was the lobster in the lobster bisque soup was a little chewy/overcooked, but the flavor was great overall. Great dessert options. Really enjoyed this restaurant and I look forward to taking my friends here. Cheers
