Located in a contemporary space of coastal design Salt at Geist has a focus on fresh. A locally owned scratch kitchen and bar specializing in wild and sustainable seafood, sushi, steaks, hand crafted cocktails along with an extensive wine list, Salt at Geist prides itself on creating unique dining experiences. The restaurant has quickly become a hot spot for casual after work cocktails, late night cocktails on the patio, social plate sharing, business dinners, special occasions, private dining and rehearsal dinners.
Being so close to the reservoir, Salt at Geist ensured the environment, while polished, is still inviting to those getting off the boat to come in for a cocktail and dinner.

    We have eaten at Salt many times. It is the best seafood restaurant in the Geist area. It has a full menu with steak and pasta, all of which are also excellent. The chef Uriel is talented and tops the halibut with an out of this world artichoke whip. Last night, we shared the lamb shank. The meat was moist and tender and fell off the bone. Also, the whipped sweet potatoes are delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

    My husband and I have enjoyed Salt at Geist several times. This time I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chilean Sea Bass. It was everything I hoped for…firm, buttery, absolutely delicious. Also enjoy their version of an Old Fashioned.

    We ordered the Scallops and Sea Bass; along with some flatbread from the appetizer menu. Added some wine for a fine dinner. Service excellent with reservations honored. One of the few seafood restaurants Fishers.

    The Steak and lobster tail NYE special was very good. Our waitress did an excellent job considering it was NYE and very busy. This was my first visit and plan to visit again in the near future.

    We had a party of six for New Year's Eve. Our table was ready at the reservation time. Our server Brian was outstanding. The food and drinks were amazing. We all had signature cocktails and seafood, and no one was disappointed. This is a great spot in the Geist area.

    Food was great. Bar service very slow, the music way to loud, they were playing dance club music, had to yell to talk to the person across from me.
