We are excited to bring our dream to a reality along with friends and family. We plan to share our love and knowledge of an industry that we are so passionate about and proud to be a part of in our hometown of New Brunswick. Here at Salt, we are creating a modern oyster bar with a hip vibe serving up a large variety of fresh local oysters, as well as oysters from around the US. We will offer a seafood inspired seasonal menu both in our casual bar and our elegant dining room. We will also offer many innovative dishes including a variety of local meats along with plenty of vegetarian options. We aim to create an inviting atmosphere for everyone with our warm décor and friendly staff. Our full bar will feature a variety of signature cocktails and revolving creative small plates. Chef Chris’ passion for food promises consistent exceptional quality and to awaken the palate with bold, fresh flavors in every bite!

Everything was great our server Jordan was really nice and helpful when we asked questions about food overall my wife had a great birthday would recommend for a date night or night out

went to Salt for the first time last night, Valentines Day, it was crowded but we were seated by 8:05 on our 8:00 reservation. The food was Delicious, the grilled octopus was one of the best I've ever had, and the broth in the Seafood Pappardelle was simply amazing..Oh and our waiter Trevor was great.

Salt is always the BEST!! Everything we eat is so delicious. Service amazing. One of my favorite places for dinner, we’ll be back soon!

This was our 1st dining experience at Salt. We enjoyed a great glass of Chardonnay & an amazing cocktail, misery loves company!!! Appetizers we very good too. Coney Island chowder hit the spot & the roasted oysters were delicious. For entrees we had Halibut & Florida grouper. The halibut was a bit underwhelming but my grouper was scrumptious. Our server Harviar was attentive as well as the entire dining room staff. We will be back for sure.

Literally the BEST restaurant around. We were actually there 2 Saturdays in a row because the food & service is SO SO good. We drove in icey rain & snow - totally worth it !!! Jonathan is the nicest, most respectful, courteous waiter - do ask for him if he’s available.. order the tuna avacado for appetizer, muscles, and charred octopus- you will not regret it! Portions sizes are also very generous. The Sangris did not disappoint either!! We will be back ;)

Everything was really great. And it was so nice to be able to go to a restaurant that wasn’t so loud where you had to speak so loudly to talk to the person across from you. Great choice.
