   This dining experience was wonderful! The cuisine is exceptionally delicious. The Best skirt steak I've ever had; cooked to perfection; the same goes for the Dorado and the coconut shrimp, the burger and crab cake... All perfectly seasoned! Our waitress was the best too! We loved the way Heidy took care of everything for us! The whole staff are pleasant and professional persons who knows how to deliver high quality dining experiences!

   We did not have a good experience. We order drinks and appetizers waited 45 minutes - nothing. The wait staff never apologized for the wait. We left without receiving our order.

   The ambiance is wonderful especially if you want to see the sunset. The live entertainment added a nice vibe. However there is an unpleasant odor that blows by occasionally that doesn’t mix well with dining. The food is hit or miss depending on what you order. My red snapper was good but please remove the head and beware of the bones. Staff are warm and accommodating but overall the wait time between ordering and getting your food is very slooow!!

   Overall, and very disappointing experience our orders came out were either cold or wrong had some things back then they come out wrong again, overcooked, etc. the service was good however for the amount of money that was charged for the food totally not worth it. It is disappointing as we have gone there before and had an excellent experience.

   Once ordered, food came out quickly. I would say that the taste and preparation of the food was just ok. Nothing special. Service was fair. View of the beach is nice. Summary of charges states that gratuity is not included. However, in billing details, it already added 20% gratuity. Small print says automatically added for parties of 5 or more. Initially, I didn’t catch that the tip was already in the bill.

   Martini was awful but good was good. Cats abound but sitting and listening to the sea is beautiful. I had coconut shrimp and my husband had the seafood stew. Both delicious.

   It is a beautiful spot with excellent friendly service and good food. The Chicken Pelau and Dorado were excellent. The steak was well cooked but not a prime cut. The prices were a little high, but that is expected at a hotel restaurant.

   I ordered a rice bowl with avocado and plantains for lunch and was SO PLEASED the kitchen would sub the animal protein out for tofu. Large portion, but rather pricy. Lala was our server, she was so sweet! Georgous views, just one whiff of sewer smell, which didn’t really distract from the experience. Will definitely return to try the dinner menu. vegan options available.

    You may have read about the sewerage smell. It’s real. Ask to be seated away from the “sewerage side” and you should be fine although it was noticeable once or twice. The menu options overall is ok. We had the grilled shrimp app which was very good inc the grilled pineapple. My wife had the chicken entree which overall was flavorful. My hamburger was typical. Nothing fancy. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. View was wonderful although you won’t see an actual sunset from here.
