    The customer service was absolutely outstanding and the cooks served up greatness, as ALWAYS! Our server, Laura deserves an award for her patience and accuracy with our orders! 10 out of 10, would recommend!!

    I love Saltgrass, especially for the range rattlers and the ribs. This visit was not as accommodating as previous visits. I do understand that it was New Years Eve, but my reservation was not timely. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to be seated and the hostess did not provide us with silverware and napkins. We waited almost 15 minutes for the waitress to acknowledge us because she said she was working two sections. We had to remind her to take our drink and appetizer orders. Once the entrees arrived, all of our entrees were cold. There was no heat anywhere on any of the food served. I do not like to make a scene so we just asked the waitress for to-go containers, paid our tabs and left.

    Food was excellent. Hubby had the filet. I had the grilled chicken. We both had a salad and a baked sweet potato. The cinnamon butter was delicious on the sweet potato. The bread was wonderful. We will be back soon. Service was great too!

    Good service. Summer was our server. She was great. Food was great. We had one of the best salads. Manager helped me get a replacement Landry’s card. My only complaint is when we were taken to our service location it was a booth and this is hard on my husband’s back. We asked for a table. The person who escorted us to the location said there were none available even though there was one available near us throughout our whole dinner. We could have pursued it further but Summer our server made up for that issue. She was awesome.
