We had a 5:30 reservation for 5. They had filled up with walk-ins and could not honor the reservation…what’s the point? They seated us in the bar. It was loud. We barely saw the server all night. Had to ask fwhere our appetizers were. Later, had to ask where our salads were. No one’s steak was cooked correctly, but we didn’t dare send them back. Terrible service. Food was awful. It was loud. Overall horrible experience.

Thank you. Service was really good. Part of My party was late arriving never felt rushed. The server never seemed to rush us in ordering or eating. Great job as always. This was my third time but first during the evening. Hostess was very friendly.

We had a 11 o’clock lunch reservation. The first ones arrived and sat at the table that day. It took over 50 minutes for the food to brought out. We ordered 6 salads and 2 friend steaks with a side of mashed potatoes. Salads looked fine, not sure how good they were … but my steak and mashed potatoes were cold and looked like it’d been sitting on the plate for quite some time. I wanted to like this place as it looks really nice and it is close to work. Would have been perfect for lunch and dinner but very disappointed. Not going back.

I had the sirloin steak head lettuce. This very good. Sirloin usually on the tough side but this one was as tender as a filet and cooked exactly as I had asked.

Waitress was very abrupt and rude. She dropped ranch and it spilt all over my back, barely given an apology.

the bartender was complaining that she needed a new job and then proceeded to ignore us in the guest next to us for several minutes. Waited more than half an hour for our 530 reservation then we waited 20 minutes for drinks once we were finally seated.

Our server was the worst! 2 hours and we finally got bread and hour plus until we got our drinks (water and tea). Never got food in 2 hours so we talked to manager and left.
