                  I would recommend going to Salt Grass any other day of the year, but New Year's Eve. I have always had a great experience, but last night was ridiculous. We arrived a little early for our 6:15 reservation for 6 people. It took 30 minutes to get a table because our server wasn't ready. I could understand; they were busy. We sat down, and we waited 30 minutes with our menu for someone to take our order. Meanwhile, a table of about 16 people were seated 15 minutes after us. Their drinks and salad came shortly after they arrived. By 7:30 (45 minutes after being seated), we finally received our drinks and salads. Around 8 pm, we began to wonder when we were going to get our food. Lo and behold, the table of 16 got their food before us. My husband commented that he thought the waiter forgot to put in our order. About five minutes later, we got our food. The table of 16 received their check before us and paid. All this time no one came to check on us, apologize for the wait or see if there was anything else we needed. At this point, I decided to talk to the manager because we were tired of waiting. When I walked up the desk, I asked to see the manager. I waited, but the manager never appeared. When we finally got our checks, the waiter was in no hurry to cash us out. By this time, it's almost 8:45. We have been at the restaurant for 2.5 hours. I could understand if the dining room as still packed, but by the time, it's half full. Most people had finished eating. Saltgrass has been a place I would recommend to friends. But now my recommendation will include a warning to not eat there on New Year's Eve.

                  Absolutely delicious- great ambience- super great service, and a really cool way to spend NYE day with friends. There were 6 of us and everyone had great food and a great time. We will for sure be back!

                  Server was great and our food was amazing! Steak was cooked perfect with amazing flavor. We had a party of 9 and everyone was happy.

                  Out of 4 entrees, and a side of fries for grandson, EVERY single entree, and EVERY single side item on the plates was overly salted. The coating on the salmon did was so salty my wife could not eat it all. The manager did comp that meal. The salmon was overcooked. The ribs were overcooked. The New York steak was overcooked. The service was good up until getting the entrees. We waited 20+ minutes to get entrees after the salads & soups were cleared from table.

                  Our reservation was for 3:45, we were seated at 4 pm. Our appetizer was delivered to the table next to us. We got our food at 5:45. The food was cold, and the plates were hot, which meant the food sat under the heat lamps in the kitchen for a long time before it was delivered to our table. No apologies, a manager never came to see us. We were the last people to leave the restaurant at 6:15 pm.

                  Have eaten here several times before,out of Towner’s. This was Christmas Day and THESE people could not have been ANY Better from the time of our reservation till the time we left the restaurant. Hope everyone’s experience was as great as ours. 10.

                  Very busy, but hey it was Christmas Day. And, one of only a few places open. Got in within 15 minutes of our reservation time, the sever, the food, the entire time was great! Was our first time to this location and we do plan on going back

                  Our reservation was at 1215 and didn’t receive our salads until 112. Didn’t have time to eat our soups/salads and food was out. We had to pile up our dirty dishes to be cleared and pass them to the waitress over our food instead of them being cleared before our entrees arrived. We also had a gift card with $50 on it that we couldn’t use. It was busy today so I will give it another try someday. Today, overall, was not the great experience I was expecting

                  Good alternative to Texas Roadhouse, but couples looking for a quiet dinner should probably avoid. We had a reservation for two, but were seated in a large room with large groups of very loud kids. We were also seated by an exterior door (in December) and had cold air blowing in on us from it the entire time we were there. My T-bone was ok, but the fish my wife ordered was burned to the point of barely being edible. Service wasn't bad, but it wasn't exceptional either.

                  This was our first dining experience at Salt Grass and we left thinking we would come back. Our drinks (cocktails and wine) were moderately prices, the appetizer of fried mushrooms was excellent as well as our salads. Our dinners were fine. The ribs were great and we had great service. Our only complaint is that the restaurant is wasting precious water. One of the large tall glass of water is plenty, let alone leaving a whole bottle of water on the table that was not needed at all.
