The food was very good, but the service not so much. Steaks were cooked as ordered, but or waiter (Nathan) was not very attentive. He kept walking by the table but never stopped to check in or even look our way. We asked for drink refills several times before we got them. We asked for extra butter several times which never came. We wound up leaving over half our potatoes because we didn’t get butter and they got cold. When he brought our bill he didn’t bring back our credit card and we had to chase him down to get it.

Service was really good from Caden. I found the value of food quality for what was received to be slightly underwhelming, $5 up charge to go from a house salad to wedge feels egregious.

Our service was absolutely horrible. As long time customers of Saltgrass, service has really gone downhill since the pandemic. The restaurant was fairly dead, yet our server was no where to be found practically the entire night. Never got bread after asking 4 times, waiter took my water glass to refill it and never came back. I ate my entire meal with no drink and had to ask another waiter (25 minutes later) for a new drink. My steak was undercooked and the side salad bowl looked empty upon delivery. I am a small petite woman and ate the entire salad in 2 bites. We ended up asking the young lady who ran our food to our table for help with all the things missing/needed and she was very helpful. Not sure we will be coming back as the last 3 visits have been bad and this one was the last straw.

We are never disaapointed when we dine at Saltgrass. Our food was prepared perfectly and any leftover were promptly consumed. I had never had shrimp at Saltgrass and I must say I was very pleasantly surprised. Such a nice flavor with the other parts of the Urban Cowboy. I may have to start making shrimp a tradition with my filet. Our server was excellent and we so appreciate her attentiveness to our requests specific to what we were ordering. Thank you all!

Saltgrass Steak House was amazing! The service was attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, with perfectly cooked steak. A warm, inviting atmosphere made it a five-star experience. Highly recommend this location.

It took a while for a waiter to come over. Another waiter noticed and said he would find out who would be taking care of us. When no one knew who it was he just took our table and he was awesome. His name is Nathan and we really appreciate him. The turkey dinner was amazing! And so is the pumpkin cheesecake.
