If you're looking for something new and completely different, our Wine Cocktail Tasting Experience is the perfect choice. We've sourced fun and unique spirits from all over to create the perfect blend with our premium range of wines. Our knowledgeable staff will guide you through the process of creating stylish wine cocktails that are sure to impress. You'll learn how to blend four different spirits with four of our premium wines to create the perfect flavour combination. Each cocktail is a generous 60ml, giving you plenty of opportunity to savour the flavours. This is the ideal experience for the person who has 'done' the Hunter Valley and is looking for a new and exciting adventure.
