At Samba Loca we pride ourselves on the quality and freshness of the food We offer great steaks, 100% organic, grass fed straight from Brazil, as well as fresh seafood, pasta, milanese and some of the most delicious desserts.
Enjoy authentic relaxing Brazilian music, festive decorations of ethnic artwork and wine racks crafted from gleaming chrome. Patrons sit under the full bar's flat-screen TVs, around tables, or in booths as the kitchen’s Brazilian recipes power entrees of 14-ounce strip steaks and short ribs doused with chimichurri sauce. Customizable meals come in the form of five grill-fired meats, including salmon, filet mignon and red snapper, with one of six traditional sauces splashed with notes of curry, blue cheese, or four cheese.

                          Server was a ghost all night. Hate when higher end restaurants charge to sub out sides. Paying $20+ for an entry in Carrollton u would expect more. Explains why the place was empty on Saturday nite. Better value and service at Ruby Tuesday Never again.

                          My husband and I went to Samba Loca for dinner on Friday. I wanted a quiet dinner with good food and I knew Samba would deliver. We started with drinks, settling on caipirinhas. They were perfectly made. Our servers were nice and knowledgeable. Brice (we think) was in training. His trainee, whose name I can't recall, made good recommendations. Next came our salads which were fresh and plentiful. The entrees were just so delicious. My husband had chicken under the brink and I had a ribeye. My ribeye was amazing. The ambiance (we could talk easily without shouting) was so pleasant. We always enjoy our time here. Thank you, Samba Loca for being the backdrop to a lovely evening.

                          My husband and I were very pleased with our experience at Samba Loca. The food was very tasty, and the service was excellent. We both had the Picanha; it was delicious, juicy, a huge serving, and cooked to perfection (med rare - do not get this cut cooked past medium at most). If you have not not had picanha, it is not a super-tender cut like a filet mignon, so expect to do a little chewing; this is the nature of the cut. But SO delicious. The sides were nice, and the appetizer that we shared, the octopus vinaigrette was very good - nice, fresh octopus. Attractive place and half a block from the performing arts center. Parking in the municipal lot is between the restaurant and arts crt close and free.

                          Everything was great except there was a baby crying the whole time we were there. Of course that wasn’t the restaurants fault. If the restaurant didn’t allow crying baby’s, it would have been perfect!
