   The food is excellent. The wine list is fairly short but what was there was good. But the main thing to mention is that the toilets are appalling - the ladies’ has 2 cubicles of which one was labelled out of order, but the other was also blocked, so there was no usable toilet. I had to use the men’s, which had an ill-fitting toilet seat and was quite dirty, plus is cramped with a urinal so it could have made for an awkward encounter had the restaurant been busier. Having spent £200 on dinner I would expect the restaurant to have a clean and functioning toilet.

   The starters were good. We ordered steaks. Sirloin cut was good but Rump steaks were bit chewy. The expectation for the price was not so great. Men’s toilet was really untidy and there was no toilet seat as well. The serving staff were friendly and very helpful. Only thing positive was the service..

We’re sorry to hear that the rump steak wasn’t quite to your liking. It’s a leaner cut compared to sirloin, but it should still be tender and flavorful, so we appreciate your input.    Best steak in London bar none! Superb food, impeccable service (with a smile!), great wine, fantastic ambience. A superb location for a date; we loved everything about the visit.

   Loved it. Yesterday was our first time there and we will certainly be going back and recommending it to our friends. The Focaccia is probably the best I’ve ever had.

   It's about 10 years between my last visit and this, and it's maintained its excellent quality food. The surroundings are really nice now - white tablecloths, intimate lighting and lovely artwork. A lovely secret restaurant treat.

   Food was excellent! My only gripe is I reserved a table in the main area and NOT the window but was seated next to the window and it was freezing.
