    Wait staff was great! Chicken parmesan was over cooked and dry/tough. Beat salad was not enough for a meal. Serving size of both was smaller than expected. They offered sparkling water but didn't tell us it was $10 a bottle!! The view is what you pay for. Make sure you have reservations or you're going to wait a long time. A lot of families with young children making it very noisy.

    The view is stunning! However, the service was very disappointing. I understand that things get busy, but communication would have gone a long way; it seemed like our server was avoiding us. We sat with empty glasses, waiting for our appetizer that came out minutes before our entrees. I was disappointed no one offered us Parmesan and then we sat and waited for our check, with empty glasses. It was not the experience I was looking forward to.

    Our server looked to be out of a Halloween movie with multiple piercings and knew zilch about any specials, wine pairings, etc. Additionally, "guests" in PJs really added to the classy (not!) atmosphere. I'm not sure what the hell has happened to Harrah's, but this was a Denny's at 2am experience for a Ritz-Carlton price $$$!

    Excellent! Only negative comment 1 of our pizzas came burned on the bottom crust...but they quickly redid the pizza to our favor!

    Great table looking out a window over South Lake. The service was amazing, but there was a table with unruly children (9-10 years old) yelling and running around. Food was a little under seasoned, but great flavor otherwise.

    We were seated and the only greeting came from our busser for the first 20 minutes. Our busser Chris was great, as he noticed and immediately found us a server. Our server, Emma, was very friendly and attentive once she knew we were her table. The appetizers were good and made us feel a little better about our initial experience. The entrees, however, were mediocre at best. The food was bland and overcooked. We didn’t want to be rude so ate our meals. We considered dessert but didn’t want further disappointment. I’ve been here before and very much enjoyed my experience. This trip, though, made me feel like I won’t be back. Very disappointing, as locals have few really great spots to choose from. There are better options.

    The food was fantastic. Our server seemed a bit overwhelmed and the noise level was definitely loud - between the incredibly drunk guests next to us and the cart that they kept wheeling by us with clanging dishes, it was difficult to hold a conversation.

    Had the Chicken Parmaggiano and Lobster pasta. Delicious! Service was prompt. 90s Quality of food was very high. Definitely treat yourself to some fine Italian dining up on the 18th floor at Harrah'sLake Tahoe.
