                                                                                    We booked this restaurant to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We were a little early but were still seated right away. The service from start to finish was excellent. The food very well prepared and presented. There was a singer for entertainment, very stylish and great songs for the venue. All in all one of the best experiences we have had in a long time.

                                                                                    Patricia was our bartender, and server she was outstanding!! The live music singer Jesse was like listening to the mob hits cd outstanding also! Food was delicious! Will definitely go back.

                                                                                    I think the kitchen is going downhill. My strip had a lot of fat the length of the steak. Not the “normal” fat that a NY strip is supposed to have. More like 2-3x. I could have gotten a better cut of meat at Winn Dixie. Service was good, but a bit slow. This was my third time here and it seems to be slipping.

                                                                                    I always enjoy Sapphire Supper Club. Food is very good. I can get my steak cooked the way I want. Spencer is my favorite. Love his performance and choice of songs. Hostess and Host, wait staff are wonderful. Beautiful ambience.

                                                                                    Our server, Jaclyn, was attentive and very friendly. She made everything perfect. The Delmonico Ribeye was "spot-on"! The entertainment was perfect for the occasion.

                                                                                    Every item that I've had from the menu has been excellent. The Jacqueline our waitress was on top of the game. And Patricia, our bartender, was excellent. Both were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu options. The night we were there the restaurant had booked a Frank Sinatra impersonator for entertainment. The show was fanatastic. We left that evening feeling like we had seen the real Frank Sinatra! If you haven't been to the Sapphire yet, go now!
