The service from start to finish of our experience was horrible. We arrived 5 minutes before our reservation time and proceeded to wait 20 minutes after our reservation to be seated. It was a cold evening and there was so where comfortable to wait. We were seated by the hostess at a table set for 6 people that did not have a table cloth when every other table in the dining room had one. I mentioned to her that there were only 4 of us and she confirmed she was aware. Once we were sat, it took over 10 minutes for the waiter to come to our table, and another 10 minutes to get water. A few minutes after we had ordered our food we were approached and told that we were seated at the wrong table and we needed to move so a party of six could be seated at the table we currently were out. We had to take our own cocktails over to the new table ourselves as no one assisted us with the moving of tables. When our appetizers came out, they had not cleared the plates in the table when we were seated so we had to hold those while they put our appetizers down. One dish needed a discard bowl that was not provided until we were able to wave someone down to ask for it. Our appetizers plates were not removed before our entree’s were delivered. Once we completed our entrees, the table was cleared other than the plate who needed a box. We once again had to way someone down to ask for a box. The final course took over a half an hour to be served. We had to wave staff down to get refills of water because we were never asked if we would like an additional drink even as our empty glasses set on the table for the entire duration of our meal. The food was good, but part of the reason you go to a nice restaurant is the service. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Food was good but restaurant is very busy and very noisy. Music was way too loud and it was hard for the waiter to hear us or us hear the waiter. The website says no sneakers, baseball caps, etc but there were several people with sneakers, baseball caps etc. For the money you would expect the ambience to be a little better but the food was good. Not outstanding but good.

Had a superb time at sea grill tonight. Our server Mariah was so personal, funny, and flat out excellent. And the food was all just amazing. Compliments to the chefs on everything we ate tonight . Thank you for making our restaurant week experience one of the best I have ever had. Sea grill is the real deal !! Will definitely be back again !!

Good food, marginal service. Our drinks were delivered separately and the some didn't arrive until after our salads were delivered. One of our main courses was delivered to the wrong table so by the time a replacement was prepared, the rest of us had finished our meals.

Server was friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Food took a long time to come out. Portions were decent for the price point. Will return outside of restaurant week.

The food was delicious and the restaurant is beautiful. The Canadian oysters are some of the best I’ve had so far in Charlotte. The service was also excellent. The entire experience was exactly what an upscale restaurant should be. So worth it.
